God is giving you little stones like he gave to David for you to handle and crumble  the problem today in Jesus name. Its also a determination of someone who has power.

Why we must make decrees as children of God:
It will be pertinent for us to see how God used decrees in the work of creation.
Genesis 1:3 and God said let there be light;and there was light
A  decree from the tongues of the righteous is bound to work wonders

Job 22:28-and thou shall also decree a thing and it shall be established and the light shall shine upon thy ways
The verse made us to understand that after you decree a thing it shallbe made established that is to stand there after the lift shall shine upon your ways.
